No Refunds

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, partial use of any course, or failure to complete the program.
Geographic Eligibility
This course is available exclusively to business customers. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a registered business, hotel, or hospitality organization, and not as an individual consumer.

By completing a purchase, EU and UK business customers confirm they are registered for VAT in their country and accept responsibility for self-reporting any applicable VAT to their local tax authority.
